Can I Work In The Theatre?

I'm 16, live in the UK and at the applying-for-a-job kind of age. I'm fine with working in ordinary shops, as I've already done a lot of trading work (on stalls etc) but I suddenly thought that the theatre in the centre of town would be amazing to work in! I don't know if there are any jobs for people my age though? Bar work wouldn't be an option, and am I too young to be an usher? As a keen theatre goer I thought it would be a great experience and what I'd really love to be a part of, to belong to... can anyone enlighten me on theatre work for teens? xx
