Question for moms and dads and shoes?

Small kids that take 20 minutes for a 1 minute task then owe me 19 minutes. Than means later they will be wiping baseboards, dusting, sweeping...it only takes a few times then you just ask if the would like to do what you asked or if they would like to owe me time.
