My boss is making racist comments. Anything I can do about it?

It would have to be someone that was affected by this "policy" to do something. You can talk to the member who adopted the asian girls that this lady wants to revoke membership to and that member can get a lawyer get this lady fired. Also reporting this to the board of directors that are in charge of the co-op may do something.
