Is raising taxes Obama's way of making sure Americans pay the Jizya?

At this point, it is so clear that Obama has deep rooted Islamist ideology that anyone who refuses to acknowledge that is either brainwashed or doesn't want to believe it. There are without a doubt leaders who are high up in the Islamic world controlling him from behind the scenes. The Jizya is a tax levied on non-Muslims in an Islamic state in exchange for protection and being exempt from Zakat and serving in the military. Could this be why Obama insists on raising taxes on hard working Americans? Is this his sneaky way of imposing the Jizya on us in our own country?
