I got 9 points and now got revoked.hw much points have i left till am banned?

got my licence april 2009..i got 3 points for bein on my phone whislt driven in december 2009...caught with no insurance june 2010 and got 6 points so i then got revoked... now i passed test...counter part still shows 9 points....does that mean if i get 3 more and banned?? or cud i still get 6 more???
