HELP NEED ANSWER QUICK!! The guy in the stall next to me had a hernia!?

Im in a public restroom area at this rest stop in Montana and me and this other guy are the only to people in the bathroom, the man has just had a hernia while in the stall next to me, im really scared he is screaming in pain and telling me if i dont help soon he could die if i dont preform something quick. Im also a vet i know how to fix them on dogs but idk if its the same for humans?? HELP!
