Bank Levy and Wage Garnishment?

I am curious to the laws regarding the seizure of bank accounts and wage garnishment. I know wage garnishment is 25% here. Is that the same for money or deposits in bank accounts, meaning would that amount be classed as exempt in the bank, if the money was exempt under wage garnishment?
