Easements - Third Parties - English Law?

Anyone help please as this is really confusing me ? can a third party buyer, acquire an implied easement( of any kind) if the agricultural land which he bought , from the previous owner, (and the previous owner had merley permission (licence) from the original owner ) to use his water supply to irrigate the land and the original owner has now revoked this licence to the third party buyer and has turned off the water supply,.
