I have had a 3 year battle with credit reference agencies?

They had a default on my records which I disputed and reported a debt collecting agency to Trading Standards and the police for various offences.I have now had confirmation that the debt collecting company and its associates have had their trading licences revoked.What happens now.How do I get the defaults removed.The Credit Reference Agencies are most unhelpful.
