Public Restroom Etiquette: To flush or not to flush?

You will get that in the women's restrooms too. It is just people being lazy or they think it is funny to leave their business in the toilet. I for one find it disgusting and kind of hazardous...especially for women who are you know....and just leave the stuff right there.
